Counseling sessions are ideal before beginning any of our other treatment options to help ascertain which services will most directly address the nature of the individual or couple's reproductive challenges. Treatment plans may include referrals to other CWF services.
Group sessions are focused on a particular population's experience related to reproductive challenges, such as women's or men's issues. These are ideal for understanding how personal struggles map onto similar struggles of others, and getting outside support.
Breathwork, coaching, and relaxation training have been found to help reduce reproductive stress. These exercises can be helpful as part of prenatal care, during gestation and birth, and can even have postpartum benefits.
